Scope of work
Construction of several concrete structures: 65 bored piles and pile caps with cast-in hold-down bolts, including 4 Gantry Piles 1350mm diameter; one Transformer bund Slab and one Switch room slab with 8 columns with 32 cast-in Hold-down bolts precisely positioned for supporting the Switch room building; a dead tank circuit breaker slab, 150m of kerbs and spoon drains, 2 pits for electrical connections, two NEC Bund Slabs. Supply and installation of 3 20000L Concrete Fire Tanks and all associated works. Installation of electrical conduits, drainage, including excavation/ backfill using thermal sand for trenches with HV cables. Supply and installation of a 45 000L Spell Puraceptor Tank, including excavation and backfill works. Installation Fire walls systems using Steel Columns and Hebel Panels for the TX Slab and Bondor Panels for the Switch room Building. Demolition of 2 existing fire tanks and construction of 1 access road and re-alignment of an existing road.
