Scope of work
The scope was broken up into Bridge works and Southern Approach works. Bridge works included; fabrication of 60t formwork platforms and casting of concrete crossheads between existing Bridge Piers, Multi Strand Post Tensioning works of the piers, installation 2T Pot Bearings, 80T Steel Girder Installation, Precast Bridge Translfoor panels, Reinforcement Install, Concrete placement Precast Parapets install, Parapet Stitch Joining and Approach Slabs.
The Southern Approach included; Elevated Formwork, Multi strand Post Tensioning works, installation of Elastomeric Bearing Pads, Pile Breakback, Reinforcement Install, Concrete placement, Precast Parapets install, Parapet Stitch Joining and Approach Slabs.
