Scope of work
The scope of works included the construction of a Railway Line Bridge and Through link Bridge, ensuring full compliance with all VicRoads standard specifications. The tasks involved during the completion of the project were:
- Form, fix reinforcement and pour/finish 6 columns and headstocks.
- Form, fix reinforcement and pour/finish 2 abutments.
- Form, fix reinforcement and pour/finish 8 pile caps.
- Form, fix reinforcement and pour Blade walls, deflection walls, approach slabs.
- Pile breakback operations
- Design and supply all temporary works.
- Precast Crossheads and beams.
Additionally, the scope included excavations as required, construction of restraint block, and pedestals, as well as supply labour for supervision for the installation of U-Through
